Scrumptious Reads presents a night of gastronomic adventure with tea from May King Tsang and canapés from Gerard’s Bistro.


Tea expert May King Tsang and Head Chef Ben Williamson of Gerard’s Bistro will create an exciting menu to explore the wonders of tea and food pairing.
Bite into a spicy morsel, take a sip of Oolong tea and let the combination take you on a marvellous gastronomic journey. With an extensive knowledge of the popular beverage, May King Tsang will share her insights into the world of tea. Chef Ben Williamson of Gerard’s Bistro will match his modern take on Middle Eastern food with the variety of teas served on the night.
